For analytical monitoring of the website, these are IP address, country, city (data depending on the settings at the internet provider). When filling in the response form, we process the name entered, IP address, e-mail address and if specified the region/residence.

What do we use your personal data for?
We only process personal data necessary to provide you with the best possible service. In doing so, the analytical information serves mainly to provide the most relevant information possible on the website. The personal data such as mail address and region/residence are to give you the most appropriate, free, advice. The IP address is acquired automatically but is not processed.

How do we handle your personal data?
We store your data securely and carefully and do not keep it longer than necessary.
Specifically, only the administrator of the La Palmeraie website (1 person), has access to this data. The retention period depends on the storage space, so if a follow-up question comes up later you don’t have to tell the whole story again because we can read back the situation. Currently, we can go back 3 years.
